Content Archival Policy
The institution is committed to maintaining its website content in a secure, organized, and compliant manner. All published material is retained and disposed of in accordance with internal guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
Content retention is determined based on:
- Regulatory Compliance: Web content is preserved for durations mandated by relevant laws and authorities.
- Audit and Review Readiness: Content remains accessible to support institutional transparency and accountability during periodic reviews.
- Relevance and Accuracy: Materials are archived or removed when they are no longer current or aligned with the institution’s communication objectives.
Each piece of content published on the institution’s website will include a clearly defined validity period, indicating how long the information is applicable or accurate. In certain cases, if no expiry is specified, the content will be treated as perpetual.
However, under no circumstance should any content remain visible on the portal beyond its assigned validity period. All expired content must be promptly removed or archived to ensure only current and relevant information is publicly accessible.
